Terms of sale of Artisan Honey online store
The owner of the online store pood.artisanhoney.ee (hereinafter the Online Store) is Artisan Honey OÜ (registry code 12416510), located at Helgi tee 2, Peetri, 75312, Harju county, Estonia.
Validity of the sales contract, goods and price information
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.

The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. Please note that there may be a charge for the delivery of the goods.
The delivery fee depends on the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when ordering.
Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.
Ordering and payment
To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, you must fill in the required data fields by entering your personal data. We confirm that we maintain the security of your personal data.
After filling in the personal data form, the appropriate method of delivery of the products must be selected. The amount of the fee, which can be paid via a bank link or another payment solution, is then displayed on the screen.
It is possible to use bank links for payment: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay
In addition to bank links, it is also possible to pay for the order by manual bank transfer on the basis of an invoice.
It is also possible to pay using the Paypal payment platform, where debit and credit cards can also be used for payment.
The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Store. We will send you an e-mail confirmation of the order and we will also display a confirmation of the acceptance of the order on the website.
If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to the expiration of the goods or for any other reason, we will notify the buyer as soon as possible and return the paid money (incl. Delivery costs) immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
We deliver goods ordered from the online store pood.artisanhoney.ee only within Estonia and in selected European countries.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 1-3 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. In exceptional cases, where the delivery of the goods takes more time, we will contact the customer immediately.
When making a purchase, the customer can choose between the following delivery methods:
Smarpost parcel machine (delivery time 1-3 working days)
Omniva parcel machine (delivery time 1-3 working days)
Venipak courier (delivery time 1-3 working days)
Other European countries:
Courier (delivery 5-10 days)
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be opened to exclude hygiene risks.
To return the goods, please submit a return application to us at email@example.com no later than within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the goods to be returned do not correspond to what was ordered (eg a defective or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of sending the e-mail or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
The online store will refund all fees received from the buyer under the contract to the buyer immediately upon receipt of the returned goods, but not later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application.
The online store may refuse to make refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the item, whichever is earlier.
Right to lodge a claim
The online store is liable for non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the time of delivery of the thing and which becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first six months from the delivery of the thing to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery of the thing. It is the responsibility of the Online Store to rebut the respective presumption.
The buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest, by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +372 56 359 556.
The online store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will return all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
The online store shall respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
